TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Please read these Terms of Participation carefully before engaging with any offering, course, or experience provided by Trinity Point Ministry ("TPM" or "Trinity Point"). By choosing to participate, you affirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to be in alignment with the following terms. If you are not in agreement, please refrain from enrolling in or accessing any offerings.

1. Jurisdictional Alignment: Trinity Point Ministry is a private, spiritual-based ministry operating under ecclesiastical and spiritual jurisdiction. It is not a commercial enterprise and does not operate under statutory, public, civil, commercial, or corporate law. All participation is voluntary and by private agreement.

   All offerings, content, and transmissions shared through TPM are facilitated by appointed ministers, transmitters, or representatives of the ministry. These individuals operate under the spiritual jurisdiction of TPM and are not acting as commercial service providers.

2. Ministers, Collaborators & Guest Facilitators: All ministers, facilitators, collaborators, and guest ministers contributing to TPM programs, courses, or transmissions do so as part of a unified offering held within the jurisdiction of this private spiritual ministry.

   While individual ministers may bring their own style and background, all transmissions are governed by the vision, integrity, and energetic container of TPM.

   No facilitator may claim ownership of TPM-created content, nor may any participant consider offerings from TPM to reflect personal coaching, therapy, or commercial services from an individual minister.

   Any disputes or misinterpretations around facilitation, delivery, or transmission of TPM offerings will be held through the lens of ministry—not commerce—and fall under the governance of Trinity Point Ministry and its appointed stewards.

3. Non-Commercial Disclaimer: All offerings and exchanges within TPM are contributions to a private spiritual ministry. These are not commercial transactions. Participation is not a fee-for-service exchange, but a voluntary contribution to support the ongoing work of this ministry. Your base contribution enables access to a specific container and is not a purchase under commercial law.

4. Base Contributions: Every offering holds a Base Contribution—this is the minimum energetic exchange to anchor the integrity of the work. Above this, you are welcome to contribute more, in devotion, alignment, and generosity. Participant contributions allow the ministry to remain sustainable, spacious, and accessible to many. All financial offerings are received as voluntary contributions – made in devotion and choice – not as commercial payments for services. Contributions are non-refundable.

5. Monthly Contribution Agreements for Containers: For any offering with a recurring monthly contribution (such as ONE::COMMUNITY), you are entering into a devotional energetic agreement for the duration of the container. These are not month-to-month subscriptions. By enrolling, you commit to the entire time frame stewardship as agreed upon. Requests to pause, cancel, or adjust monthly contributions will not be honored, as your commitment upholds the integrity of the collective container.  Please only enter containers when you are fully aligned with the energetic and financial stewardship the commitment requires.

6. Energetic and Behavioral Agreements: By entering any TPM container, you are entering a container of intentional transformation.  In doing so, you agree to uphold both energetic integrity and behavioral alignment.  This includes:
   - Engaging with respect, personal responsibility, honesty, and kindness.
   - Honoring the integrity of the container by showing up with presence and self-responsibility.
   - Taking full ownership of your emotional and energetic responses and reactions.
   - Refraining from projecting, venting, or unconsciously discharging emotional energy through unconscious behavior or projections.
   - Acknowledging that you are responsible for your own process, healing, integration, outcomes, and perception/interpretation of what is offered.
   - Respecting the boundaries set within each container.

   Disrespect, harassment, or harmful behavior of any kind toward others or facilitators will result in removal from the space and loss of access without refund.

7. Creative Property and Use Agreements: All programs, content, materials, and services shared through TPM are intended for your personal transformation and evolution. The content (including videos, audio, writing, graphics, and course materials) remains the sole property of TPM or its contributors. No part may be copied, distributed, or used in any other context without explicit written consent. You are invited to experience what is offered in full integrity and without sharing with others outside the container unless explicitly granted permission.

   All creative and educational material within the TPM ecosystem is protected. Nothing may be modified, repurposed, or redistributed without written permission.

   Proprietary Program Titles & Nomenclature

   All names, creative frameworks, and naming conventions within the TPM ecosystem are original, proprietary, and protected. This includes all language using the naming structures THE ONE::[] and ONE::[], as well as other signature titles and creative frameworks stewarded through TPM.

   Proprietary titles include, but are not limited to:
   Psychedelic NLP, Mind Manifesting NLP, Time Travel Embodiment®, Frequency of Safety, Rising With Love, The Light Line, THE ONE::LIGHT LINE, RECLAMATION | ONE::PRESENT, mONEy::RECLAMATION, LOVE::RECLAMATION, LIFE::RECLAMATION, THE ONE::COMMUNITY, THE ONE::EXPERIMENT, TREASURE HUNT | ONE::PAST, MOMENTUM | ONE::FUTURE, THE ONE::MASTERY, mONEy::MASTERY, ONE::EMPIRE, ONE::LIGHT, ONE::ONE, Ecstatic Collective and other transmissions created by or for TPM.

   Unauthorized use, reproduction, adaptation, or public sharing of any of these names or frameworks—whether in part or in full—is strictly prohibited.

   Creative Frameworks and Language: All frameworks, structures, systems, models, language systems, and methodologies hared within TPM are original works of creation. You agree not to reproduce, repurpose, modify, or publicly share these frameworks without explicit permission. This includes but is not limited to voice-based formats, nervous system maps, embodiment processes, inquiry structures, and unique syntax used in containers.

8. Limited License for Use: All content accessed through TPM containers is for your personal, non-commercial use only. TPM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and engage with the content solely within the bounds of your active participation. You may not share, redistribute, reproduce, or transmit any portion of the content to others outside the container without explicit permission.

9. Confidentiality, Privacy and Security: TPM honors confidentiality and security in all spaces, while acknowledging that no digital platform is 100% secure. We invite your awareness as you participate.

   Your privacy matters. Personal information is not shared with third parties unless required by law or necessary for processing access to experiences you’ve enrolled in.

10. Communications and Consent: We strive for clarity and truth in all communications. While all materials and information shared are offered in good faith, we do not guarantee their completeness, accuracy, or alignment with any specific outcome.

    By participating, you consent to receive emails or other digital communications related to updates, offerings, and messages from TPM.

    If you choose to share suggestions, reflections, or creative contributions with TPM, they become part of the living ecosystem and may be used or integrated without additional permissions, compensation, or attribution.

11. Results and Responsibility Disclaimer: All offerings are provided as-is. Participation does not guarantee specific results or outcomes. TPM does not offer business, financial, or therapeutic guarantees. You are the sovereign agent of your own experience, transformation, actions, and outcomes.
    Participation in TPM offerings is at your own discernment. You agree to take full responsibility for your decisions, investments, experience, and outcomes.

12. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer: TPM is not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms (Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, Acuity, Mighty Networks, Meta, etc.). Issues with those services should be addressed directly with the provider.

13. Violation and Access Termination Clause: TPM retains the right to discontinue access to any participant who does not honor the energetic and ethical agreements of a space. This includes harmful behavior, disrespect toward facilitators or other participants, or misuse of the content.

14. Partner/Collaborator Terms: If you are engaging with an experience co-offered by a partner or collaborator, you agree to review and honor their terms as well.

15. Right to Update, Adapt, or Discontinue Offerings: TPM reserves the right to revise, adapt, evolve, pause, or discontinue any offering, program, or container at any time, at its sole discretion.

    This includes but is not limited to: altering the format, length, delivery method, facilitators, timing, or structure of any experience. All such changes are made in service to alignment, sustainability, and integrity — for both the ministry and its participants.

    While advance notice may be given, it is not required. Your continued participation reflects your agreement to any such adjustments.

    By entering any TPM container, you acknowledge that offerings are dynamic, responsive, and guided — not fixed. In the event that an offering evolves (e.g., from an in-person retreat to a hybrid format or extended online container), equivalent or expanded value will be provided, but not necessarily in the originally described form.

    TPM maintains full creative and operational authority over its delivery of each container. Any co-facilitator or collaborator must also agree to this sovereignty in writing prior to entering shared work.

16. Indemnification and Personal Responsibility: By participating in any TPM container, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless TPM and its stewards from any claims, demands, damages, or losses arising out of your participation. You acknowledge that all decisions, interpretations, and applications of what is offered are your own, and that TPM bears no liability for your outcomes, actions, or interpretations of the content.
